That's it from our coverage of the three-match T20I series between Pakistan Women and South Africa Women. South Africa Women have clinched the series victory by 2-1 margin. This is Saptak Sanyal signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Ajay Pal Singh and our scorer/analyst Ashok Dayma. Don't go anywhere. Switch the tabs to follow our coverage of the ongoing Test matches, Duleep Trophy and many more games that are on the cards.
Laura Wolvaardt collects the trophy and calls her teammates for the celebration. They are now posing for a photograph with the trophy.
Laura Wolvaardt(South Africa Women Captain): "Yes a perfect way to head to the world cup. Tough chase as the ball was getting slower and lower. I spoke with Bosch that the powerplay is very crucial for us in this chase. The heat is scorching and the chase was a tough one.

We have tried a different things ahead of the world cup. We gave the opportunities to a few youngsters and bowled them in some crucial overs. I think we are ready for the world cup."
Fatima Sana (Pakistan Women Captain): "Actually, we didn't take a few catches. Have to take catches to win games. I think the way our batters played, the intent they showed in the last few days, need same intent in the World Cup.

Yes, we are trying some pacers as well. I think we will play with two pacers in World Cup. If our team plays like this, my batting number is good. The intent is there so it is fine."
Sune Luus(Player of the Series): "Yeah experience helps a lot. I think we have a really good team with a perfect blend of experience and inexperience. I tried to hit the stumps and not to give rooms to the batters. Pakistan batters use their feet well so we tried to use the angle well to restrict them. I think when we get to play, we come up with a good team environment. The series win will help us ahead of the upcoming T20 World cup."
Player of the Series: Sune Luus
Annerie Dercksen (Player of the Match): "Yeah, I know that was I don't know what happened. But the one that went down the ground was my favorite shot.

I said before, ones were not in my mind today. Yeah, this is been really good prep for us. Dubai will be similar. Leading up to the World Cup this is a good series for us."
Player of the Match: Annerie Dercksen

Time for the post-match presentations.
13:31 IST and 13:01 Local Time | South Africa Women have comeback stronger after their defeat in the second game of the series and they have come out triumphant in the decider game to win the series by 2-1 margin. They won the third T20I by 8 wickets.

Losing the toss, the Pakistan side was sent to bat first. Gul Feroza and Muneeba Ali started the innings with a good partnership for the first wicket. They put 50 run in their opening partnership. Feroza got out on 18 but Muneeba was the main aggressor in the powerplay. She added 33 runs to the team total off 26 balls with 4 boundaries. She and Nida Dar got out in quick succession but Sidra Ameen anchored the innings. She was sloppy in her stay but she mustered 37 runs from 40 balls with 3 boundaries. Skipper Fatima Sana played a good cameo of 27 runs from 17 balls hitting 2 boundaries and a maximum.

South Africa bowlers were absolutely top-notch in the second half of the innings to restrict the Pakistan side to 153 after the 20th over. For them, Chloe Tryon, Tumi Sekhukhune, Nonkululeko Mlaba and Sune Luus took one wicket. Luus was incredibly economical with the ball.

Coming to chase the target, South Africa Women lost their opener Tazmin Brits for a golden duck in the very first over of the run chase off Sadia Iqbal. But the seasoned campaigner Laura Wolvaardt and Anneke Bosch started to put up a good fightback. They started to board the runs very quickly. It was Bosch who was the aggressor. She hit a few boundaries early in her innings to take her team to the top and later Wolvaardt joined her. Together they put up 57 in the powerplay. However, Anneke Bosch walked off being retired hurt. She was in cramps but added 46 runs besides her name off 37 balls with 6 fours and a maximum. Laura Wolvaardt scored 45 runs facing the same number of deliveries as Bosch.

Annerie Dercksen came in as the replacement of Bosch after the latter got retired hut. Dercksen played a fine knock of 44 runs facing 23 balls with 6 fours and a couple of maximums. Sune Luus played the required second fiddle to her to score 14 off 13 balls with 2 boundaries.

For the Pakistan side, Sadia Iqbal and Tuba Hassan took one wicket each.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentations.
