That's all from this enthralling contest, folks! Deepak Prakash here signing off on behalf of scorer/analyst Raju Khariya. CHEERS!
Devdutt Padikkal (Gulbarga Mystics Captain): "Yeah, definitely. We needed this win. It’s what we talked about before the match, and we’re grateful to have secured that first point.

(On Smaran) Yeah, of course, we had our trust in him. We always believed he had that innings in him. He's a pretty special player, and we were eager to see him bat. Today, he showed us exactly why. Before the game, we asked everyone to come out with the mindset of being a match-winner, aiming to win the game for the team. Today, each player demonstrated that mindset."

Time for the presentation...
7:26 PM IST, Local Time: PHEW! A high-scoring nail-biter and in the end, Gulbarga Mystics edged out Mysore Warriors by three wickets to win this last-ball thriller, thanks to Smaran R's swashbuckling 104* off 60 balls knock.

Earlier, after being invited to bat first, the Mysore Warriors lost SU Karthik and Codanda Ajit Karthik cheaply, with both openers falling prey to Prithviraj Shekhawat in the same over. Following the wicket of both openers, Karun Nair and Samit Dravid added 83 runs for the third wicket and laid a solid foundation for the Warriors. Dravid contributed with an impressive knock of 33 runs before falling prey to Sharan Goud. Sumit Kumar departed after a cameo of 19 runs, while the hero of the last match, Manoj Bhandage, failed to open his account.

Nair continued his impressive form and delivered a scintillating knock of 66 runs off 35 balls. Jagadeesha Suchith came out to bat at number seven and went honkers and bonkers from the outset. The left-hander blasted Gowda for 25 runs in the 18th over and was unbeaten on 40 runs from just 12 balls when rain interrupted the game and forced the players off the field.

After a brief rain break, the play resumed, and it halted Suchith's concentration, as he departed on the first ball straightaway after the rain break, smashing 13-ball 40 runs. Krishnappa Gowtham departed for a run-a-ball 10 runs, and the Warriors managed to post 196/8 in 20 overs.

Monish Reddy, Prithviraj Shekhawat, and Yashovardhan Parantap bagged a couple of wickets each, while Vijaykumar Vyshak and Sharan Goud celebrated a solitary wicket for Mystics.

In pursuit of 196 runs,
Mystics lost Luvnith Sisodia and Devdutt Padikkal cheaply inside the two overs but Aneesh KV and Smaran R paired up in the middle and forged a 50+ partnership for the third wicket. Manoj Bhandage removed Aneesh (24) and Yashovardhan Parantap (0) in the event over of the innings and put Mystics in a spot of bother.

Smaran continued his merry ways and stitched crucial partnerships with Wahid Faizan Khan (18) and Praveen Dubey (37) to keep his side in the hunt. The southpaw switched gears at the tail end of the innings and attacked the Warriors' bowlers to the left, right, and center of the ground. There was a slight hiccup in the final over of the match and with one needed off one ball, Smaran smashed a boundary and finished off the game in style. The left-hander remained unbeaten on 104 runs off 60 balls.

Vidyadhar Patil and Manoj Bhandage grabbed a couple of wickets for the Warriors, while Codanda Ajit Karthik and Krishnappa Gowtham chipped in with one wicket each.

Stay tuned for the presentation....

4 FOUR! Smaran finished things in style! A magnificent knock from the left-hander and helped his side cross the line in a nail-biter. Gulbarga Mystics win by three wickets on the final ball of the match. Short of a length delivery at the stumps. Smaran gets on hos toes and pulls it hard down to deep mid-wicket for a boundary to finish the match.

19.5 Bhandage to R Bhatkal
W WICKET! RUN OUT! The match is not finished yet! Back of a length delivery wide outside off. Bhatkal looks to slash it towards backward point but misses and hustles for a bye run. The keeper underarms it at the stumps but misses and Bhandage collects the ball halfway down the pitch and breaks the bowler's end stumps with a direct hit, with Bhatkal way short of the crease.
19.4 Bhandage to R Bhatkal
4 FOUR! Oh dear! Poor fielding in the deep! Full toss on the stumps. Bhatkal drives it straight along the ground and the long-off fielder moves to his right and puts a dive but is a tad late and the ball goes on to touch the boundary ropes. The scores are level now. 1 needed off 2 balls.
5 needed off 3 balls.
