5:07 AM IST, 7:37 PM Local Time | Well that's it from this series folks! West Indies complete their second ever 3-0 sweep over South Africa in T20Is! Join us back tomorrow as we bring you all the cricketing action from around the world, LIVE!

Until then, this is Anirudh Modi, signing off along with my co-commentator AkshayaKrishna Polya, and our scorer/analyst Zeeshan Naiyer! See you on the next one!
Rovman Powell comes in to collect the series winner's trophy from the President of the West Indies Cricket Board Mr. Kishore Shallow. Roston Chase joins Powell. Now the entire West Indies team including the support staff join the celebration as they pose for the photographs! Chase is struggling to open the champagne bottle and gets some help from his teammates as the party begins!
Roston Chase (West Indies Captain): "It was a good experience, we wanted to come out on top and win 3-0. In the team meetings, we spoke about starting well and not think about negatives, and I am thankful for the support.

The powerplay was where we were doing well, the first game we had a good one, second game we fell behind and today was exceptional, the focus was magnificent from the boys. In the shortened game, we wanted them to play their natural game.

With the total, it was a difficult one and we wanted to capitalize on the fist 4 overs, they came out and played fearlessly, and won us the game."
Shai Hope (POTS): "Yeah, I just trusted my game. I prepared well and planned well. The coaching staff backed me. A great support staff. I worked hard off the field and brought it on the field.

I would love to bat with Alick all the time. I am sure he will be a big player. I think we have been playing good cricket. Just hope that we can continue.

The tournament cricket is different from bilateral cricket or series cricket. There is no comeback game in World Cups."

Aiden Markram (South Africa Captain): "Tough one today, conditions changed quite a bit through out the day, that being said there are areas we can improve as a team and lots of learnings for us. It's gonna take a little bit of time, we all know the value of experience.

It's great for guys to experience these conditions and they will be better prepared for it the next time. It will make for better cricketers. Really exciting about the future, there's a lot of buzz around Kwena with some raw pace in him, and nice for Smith to get a debut as well, he has been working hard for the last couple of years and I am sure lots of cricket for the two of them going ahead."
Romario Shepherd (POTM): "I think it is about sticking to the process. We came into the series with some process, which didn't work in the first T20I. But I have managed to give emphasis on ball-by-ball focus. It was not easy to bowl in the wet conditions. The wicket was a bit sticky. I just bowled to my field.

I think I am 70 percent there, you are never 100% in T20 cricket. You know how good the batters are. Our fans were down. To come and clean sweep the team which knocked us out of the World Cup was great."

4:50 AM IST, 7:20 PM Local Time | West Indies complete a clean sweep to defeat South Africa 3-0 in this 3 match T20I series! They do so by dominating them in a rain truncated 3rd T20I by 8 wickets and chasing down a 116 runs in just 9.2 overs!

After a delayed toss due to rain, West Indies won it and elected to bowl first! They had managed to keep South Africa quiet in the early exchanges before rain interfered once again and reduced the game to 13 overs per side. On the back of Tristan Stubbs' explosive cameo of 40 runs off 15 balls, the Proteas managed to score 108/4 from 13 overs and with a little help from DRS, the target for West Indies was set to 116!

Come the chase, West Indies lost Alick Athanaze in the very first over but after that Nicky P and Shai Hope defined what powerplay means. Nicky P got off the mark with a MAXIMUM and he did not stop there as he went onto score a quick-fire 35 runs off 13 balls, enroute to an explosive 58 run-stand with Shai Hope, within the revised 4 over powerplay to break the back of this run chase.

By the time Pooran was done, West Indies needed just 56 runs in 55 balls. Since then, Shai Hope and Shimron Hetmyer ensured there we no more hiccups for West Indies and completed the run-chase with ease to whitewash South Africa and remind us all of their powerful batting lineup. Shai Hope carried his bat through the chase with an unbeaten 42 runs off 24 balls. While, Hettie too remained unbeaten on 31 runs off 17 balls.

South Africa and Aiden Markram will want to forget this series as soon as possible and go back to the drawing board before the next series. West Indies meanwhile grab a huge series win at their home.
