Milestone
That's it from our coverage of this MPL game. We will be back tomorrow with 2 more games coming your way. Stay tuned to our network for all the other cricketing actions across the globe and across formats. For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Aditya Agarwal alongside scorer/analyst Dushyant Madhukar Kumar. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodnight and CHEERS!
Rahul Tripathi (Kolhapur Tuskers Captain): "Yes, I think, the team has a good morale. The boys had good practice and they did really well. Luckily, it happened today and they are doing well. Hats off to the boys from where we were to where we are now the character of the boys really showed up in this tournament. Important to enjoy and everyone is doing well and as a team we are doing well as well. This is a competitive tournament and anything can happen till the end. Hope we qualify for the playoffs soon. Thank You."
Atharva Dakway (POTM) - " My mindset was clear from the starting to bowl stump to stump. I am happy that it paid off today. My father has always supported me and I would like to dedicate this performance to him. We are very happy with our performance."
Player of the Match: Atharva Dakway.
Orange Cap given to Om Bhosale for being the leading run scorer in the tournament.
Time for the presentations.
Murtaza Trunkwala (CSK Captain): "Yes, I think if I have words, it was a poor batting performance from us. 126 was a bad score on that wicket. You needed 160+ here. You don't get motivated by it. They bowled well and deserve the win. We need to be consistent in the tournament as we have had ups and down in the tournament. So, in all areas I think we need to sharpen up and do batting, bowling and fielding good. Hope for the best."
