That's it from the coverage of this game and it was a long day waiting and bringing you a reduced game today. Ireland win the contest and create history while England it is who wins the series 2-1. We will be back tomorrow with more cricketing actions from around the globe and across formats in our network.

For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Aditya Agarwal alongside scorer/analyst Asraj Khan. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodnight and CHEERS!
Kate Cross collects the trophy and takes the trophy in front of her teammates. They stand in front of the Winners Board. England Women wins the series 2-1 and they will celebrate despite losing today.
Kate Cross ( England Women Captain)- " Really happy with how the series fared. You gotta give credit to Ireland side they were pretty good today. (on who will bowl the final over) I think Maddie Villiers bowled brilliantly today and somehow managed to get us back into the game. We are looking forward to work on the area to improve and then get back fresh heading towards T20 series."
Tammy Beaumont (Player of the Series): "Yes, my coach told me that I always back to get 50 after a 100 and should have gotten more. But I did well today as well. We knew that the Irish will fight back hard and they did so, Chasing 320, they crumbled which can happen but they have good amount of talent with them. Hope to do well in the T20S, just need to adapt better to the conditions and let's see what we can do over the weekend."
Player of the Series: Tammy Beaumont.
Gaby Lewis ( Ireland Women Captain)- "I think it was a brilliant all-round performance by the girls. I am really happy with our performance. It's important for me to step up when our team needed me the most and I am happy to get in amongst the runs. We are looking forward for T20 series coming up."
Aimee Maguire (Player of the Match): "Yes, definitely. Gaby was telling me to wait at long-off and I was ready to go. Yes, we bowled to our strengths and rectified the mistakes from previous games. We looked to remain positive and think about what is ahead of us. We did not dwell on the past."
Player of the Match: Aimee Maguire.

06:54 PM Local Time and 11:24 PM IST | What a thrilling match we just had as they Irish Women win off the final ball of the innings in the rain curtailed match as they beat the England Women with 3 wickets remaining.

Here's a review of what happened in the match.

Earlier, England Women won the toss and opted to bat first. They were off to a steady start before they lost their first wicket on 22.  The England Women had a stop start to their innings due to rain playing hide and seek. In a 22 over per side game, Tammy Beaumont continued her merry ways with the bat as she scored 52 before getting out.

She had a 43 and 34 run brisks partnership with Hollie Armitage and Paige Schofield respectively. England Women were slowly gaining the momentum before Aimee Maguire was introduced by Irish Captain.

Aimee Maguire spun the web around the England Women as she picked up her maiden 5-wicket haul in ODIs. She was equally supported by Freya Sargent from the other end who bagged 2 wickets to her name. The duo played a crucial part in restricting the England Women to a score of 153 all out.

Revised target for the Irish Women were 155, the Ireland Women's openers came out all guns blazing as they amassed 50 runs in first 6 over without loss of any wicket. England Women came back into the game with 2 quick wickets, but Gaby Lewis ensured she held one end firmly and get her team the upper hand in the game. she combined with Leah Paul for a 51 runs partnership for the third wicket.

Needing 19 runs from 24 balls, Irish Women looked in the driver's seat, but Lauren Filer produced a magical spell and got the better of both the set batters. The match went right down the wire with Ireland Women needing 8 runs from the final over.

3 wickets fell in 3 successive deliveries for the Ireland Women and with 4 runs needed from the final ball, Alana Dalzell held her nerves and smashed a boundary of the last ball to get her team over the line.

Stay tuned for the presentations.
