That’s all from our today’s coverage of T20 Blast 2024 between Nottinghamshire Outlaws and Warwickshire. Gourav Samal here is signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Saptak Sanyal, Aditya Agarwal and scorer/analyst Yogesh Kumar. Thank you for joining us. Stay tuned for all cricketing updates around the world. Good night.
Danny Briggs(Player of the Match)- "We knew the run was not enough but we bowled well. I believe that we came back really well. The communication between our bowlers are good. We have also adapted to the condition well.

We work really hard and we knew that if we can bowl well, this is a good score. We didn't give much thought, just executed our plans.
Player of the Match- Danny Briggs
Alex Davies (Warwickshire Captain) - " At the close of the first half, I thought we were few runs short. But our bowlers never really backed off and crucial wickets at regular intervals helped us win this game.

Great start for us in the league, want to repeat the same performance and build this confidence further."
Joe Clarke(Nottinghamshire Outlaws Captain)- "Our bowlers and our fielders were brilliant. We thought 150 was gettable. Olly Stone had a tough night in the last game but he showed his class.

We have a few days before our next game. We should practice hard and come back in the next game on Thursday."
01:57 IST and 20:57 Local Time | Warwickshire won the match by defeating Nottinghamshire Outlaws by 22 runs.

Let's have a review of what happened in the match.

Warwickshire. They lost the first wicket for just 12 runs on the board as Alex Davies was dismissed for 12 from 6 balls. While Yates held the innings from one end, others flattered on the other end. Robert Yates remained the top scorer of the innings with 68 runs from 48 balls. Sam Hin chipped in with 16 from 13 balls while Jacob Bethell managed to score 12 from 11 balls. Towards the end of the innings, Danny Briggs scored 13 from 11 balls and helped his team to post a total of 149/10 in 19.2 overs.

For Nottinghamshire Outlaws, Olly Stone was the pick of the bowlers with 3/30 in 4 overs. Luke Fletcher picked 2/19 in 4 overs. Ben Lister, Matthew Montgomery and Lyndon James picked one wicket each.

With a target of 150 on the board, skipper Joe Clarke and Alex Hales opened the innings for Nottinghamshire Outlaws. The duo put up a partnership of 54 runs in 5.5 over before Joe Clarke was dismissed for 28 from 18 balls. 19.2 D Mousley to B Lister
W THAT'S THE GAME!!!!! Warwickshire have made a perfect comeback after the powerplay in the run chase and are coming out with flying colour. Fullish delivery outside off. Lister tries to go over cover but mistimes it. The extra cover fielder moves to his left and dives to take the catch. Nottinghamshire Outlaws lost their last three wickets in three balls and it is a team hat-trick for the Warwickshire side.

19.1 D Mousley to C Harrison
W WICKET!!!! Mousley starts the final over with a bang! He bowls a low full toss angling at the middle stump from round the stumps. Harrison tries to be innovative and goes for the reverse sweep. He gets pinged on his front pad and umpire raises his finger.
Nottinghamshire require 23 runs from the last over.
