That will be all from our side as we draw the curtains on our coverage of this Women's Hundred Game. For now, it's the pair of Soumarya Dutta and Ninaad taking your leave along with our Scorer/Analyst Paras Yadav. See you soon!
Hayley Matthews(Welsh Fire Women)- "The pitch was aiding me and I tried to keep it in the right areas. The lengths were important since there was turn and bounce. The rest of the bowlers were really good too.  Lauren Cheatle was bowling really well and it wasn't easy for us to bat in the middle. Beaumont batted well to get us through.

We are playing some great cricket and someone is chipping in almost every game to get us over the line. These are really great signs for us."
Hayley Matthews- Hero of the Match.
9:52 PM IST, 5:22 PM Local Time: The Welsh Fire pick up the 4th win of the season as they defeat Southern Brave by 7 wickets at the Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.

Winning the toss, Fire skipper Tammy Beaumont elected to bowl first. Hayley Matthews picked up 3/16, Freya Davies 2/12 with the new ball and Jess Jonassen 2/14 to restrict Brave at 84/9.

Sophia Dunkley fell for a golden duck early in the low chase thanks to Lauren Cheatle who further dismissed the top scorer Tammy Beaumont (34 off 36). Star with the ball Matthews failed to score for 15 deliveries and was dismissed for 1 off 16.

Beaumont and Sarah Bryce added 31 runs for the third wicket with the skipper parting ways on the 68th ball when the equation was 26 to win off 32.

Bryce was joined by Jonassen, the duo adding 29 unbeaten for the fourth wicket, finishing the game off on the 90th ball. Bryce was unbeaten on 20 in 27 balls with Jonassen scoring 13 off 10 with 2 boundaries.

With this win the Welsh Fire jump to the top of the table with 8 points, Southern Brave are in deep waters lurking at the bottom of the table with just a solitary point.
