That brings an end to our coverage of this game. Keep joining us for more cricketing action all around the globe. For now, this is Akshay Bhide, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Anirudh Modi and scorer Paras Yadav. Bye bye.
Rovman Powell (Match Hero): "It's nice to finally get a few and help my team. It's been a tough season for all of us but it's nice to put out some entertainment for the fans.

I am a long way behind Pooran at 113M when I hit that 101M and he is going to give me a bit of stick there, haha. It's for me to try and go as deep as possible, batting at no. 5 you have to control the innings and get your team over the line and fortunately today for us went well/"
Hero of the Match: Rovman Powell
1:41 AM IST, 9:11 PM Local Time: That's it. The Trent Rockets emerge victorious tonight and end their campaign on a winning note. On a tricky surface, they chase down 151 successfully and beat the Oval Invincibles by six wickets. The Invincibles still have a chance of qualifying for the final directly but will have to wait for tomorrow's result. For now, the Rockets can celebrate as they give something to cheer for their fans at home.

Chasing 151, the Trent Rockets lost Tom Banton cheaply on six after he survived two major scares in the opening set. Jalex Hales was joined by Joe Root at the crease. Hales played positively and played some lovely strokes against the new ball as the Rockets scored 30 at the end of the powerplay. Hales departed after scoring 35 off 25 balls. Joe Root holed out in the deep on 12.

Tom Alsop along with Rovman Powell started building a partnership for the hosts. Both kept the Invincibles at bay and took their stand past 50. Both teed off and pounced on anything loose. Powell hit some lusty blows and scored 27-ball 45 before falling in the 18th set. Sam Curran was taken out of the attack in the penultimate set because of bowling two waist-high no-balls. Alsop held his nerves and remained unbeaten on 41 off just 24 balls to take the Rockets across the line with six balls to spare.

Earlier, Will Jacks and Dawid Malan gave a good positive start for the Oval Invincibles who elected to bat first. Both played some lovely strokes upfront and put 47 between them before Jacks was trapped in front of the stumps on 30. Jordan Cox joined Malan at the crease who was looking good at the crease. Cox scored 39 off 30 balls before getting cleaned up in the 18th set.

Malan brought up a well-composed fifty off 41 balls. Donovan Ferreira provided the finishing touches to the innings. He played a fantastic cameo of 27 off 10 balls to power his side to 150/3. Malan carried his bat and remained unbeaten on 53. Samuel Cook picked up two wickets for the Trent Rockets whereas Lewis Gregory chipped in with one. The Rockets' batters then contributed and helped them chase down the total successfully and finish the season on a high.

4 FOUR! Trent seal a big victory to sign off at their homeground! What a chase this has been from the men in yellow! Full length delivery, on the leg stump, Alsop flicks it past the diving long on fielder to seal the W with a boundary! Oval are denied a direct entry into the final today and all depends on tomorrow's result for them!
93b S Mahmood to C Green
1 Good length delivery, on the stumps, flicks it away through forward square for a single.
92b S Mahmood to C Green
2 Short of the wicket, miscues his pull past the short mid-wicket fielder to scamper back for a couple, a chance at the keeper's end but the throw is wide!
Now, an extra fielder comes up inside the circle.
91b S Mahmood to T Alsop
1 Just a single off the free-hit, full length delivery, on the off stump, drills it to long on for a single.
91b S Mahmood to T Alsop
WD WIDE! This is poor bowling from Oval, they have lost all control now, too far away outside the off stump, bonus run to Trent.
Oval Invincibles have been penalized for not bowling their sets in time. There is some sort of confusion here. They should have 5 fielders inside the circle but since it's a free-hit, they are not allowed to change the field. So, only 4 fielders are allowed inside the circle for this ball. Strange scenes here.
A beamer from Curran and it results in a boundary. This was the second waist-high no-ball from Curran tonight and he has been taken out of the attack. Big moment in the game here. Saqib Mahmood will complete the set.
91b S Curran to T Alsop
4nb FOUR! NO BALL! Oh dear, this is disastrous for Oval! 9 needed in 10 now! Curran continues, and a beamer on the off stump! Alsop swings and gets an outside edge to fly past the keeper for a boundary! Another beamer from Curran and he is taken out of the attack!
Trent Rockets require 15 runs from 10 balls. Sam Curran will continue and bowl the penultimate set.
