That will be all from our side as we close off our coverage of this Men's Hundred game between Southern Brave and Trent Rockets. For now, it's Soumarya Dutta signing off on behalf of Akshay Bhide and our Scorer/Analyst Paras Yadav.
Kieron Pollard (Hero of the Match): "Obviously, I had to break free at some point. I was pretty slow to start. It was a tough wicket as it was holding a bit. I had to take someone. Rashid had bowled well the previous set but it was important for me to take him on at this stage. But our bowlers did a fine job to restrict them to that total after the way they started with the bat.

I get lucky that I have played enough against him. I had to see what was going. I was going to go square of the wicket if he bowled short and back my strength to hit straight if goes full. I was lucky enough today to get it my way.

Every time you decide you have to go on, we lost wicket. We knew we required 49 runs from 20 balls. CJ came in and said you got to take him on in this set. We managed to get out of it and that's what wins you championship. Happy that it worked for us today."
Hero of the Match: Kieron Pollard
Kieron Pollard becomes the first player in the history of The Hundred to hit five sixes in a single set.
21:46 IST and 17:16 Local Time- We have had an absolute nail biter of a contest and Southern Brave have prevailed in the end by two wickets. Chris Jordan kept his nerve in that final delivery as he pulled it away for a boundary to seal the win. However it was a special knock from the veteran Kieron Pollard that brought them back into the contest after the Trent Rockets had picked up five wickets and were way ahead of the contest.

Alex Davies started off really well as he was aggressive in the powerplay. He smashed a maximum of Imad Wasim and a few more boundaries to get the score to 39 from the first five sets. However he was dismissed soon by Cook which triggered a collapse for the Brave as the top order batters went one after the other.

Rashid Khan came into attack and he bamboozled Fletcher with a googly. The pressure creeped up as John Turner picked up Leus du Plooy and Laurie Evans in back to back sets. He bowled with some pace and hostility as the Brave were reduced to 63/4 at the halfway stage of the innings with Vince being stranded on one end.

Akeal Hosein struggled for a while before he was cleaned up by Sam Cook but Kieron Pollard was still there in the middle. He unleashed an unbelievable onslaught on Rashid Khan and picked up 30 runs from the 16th set. He smashed five consecutive sixes to bring the game back in favor of Southern Brave. Pollard was run out  in the 19th set but it was too late for the Trent Rockets at that stage.

John Turner was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up three wickets with his fast bowling. Rashid Khan was taken to the cleaners as was Luke Wood. Sam Cook was really good too as he picked up a couple of wickets from his spell.
99b L Gregory to C Jordan
4 FOUR!!! Chris Jordan wins it for Southern Brave. He takes his side across the line with one ball to spare and lets out a big roar. He is absolutely pumped up. Coming to the ball, Gregory bowls it short angling into the body, Jordan gets into the position quickly and pulls it aerially behind square in the leg side. Rashid from deep square leg runs to his right and gets a hand to it. He tries to flick it back into the field of play but fails to do so and that's the end of this fixture.
98b L Gregory to C Jordan
0 On a length on the body, Jordan is deep in his crease and goes for the pull but misses. Wears it on the body and the ball rolls in front of Gregory. A dot ball. 4 required from 2 now.

GONE!!! Archer doesn't get back home and Trent Rockets have got two run outs at the fag end of the game. 4 runs needed from three balls now.
97b L Gregory to C Jordan
W Brilliant piece of fielding and Archer is run out at the bowler's end. Short of a length delivery outside off, Jordan punches it off the backfoot and substitute fielder Harrison at covers dives to his left to stop it. Archer wanted a quick run but is sent back by his partner. Harrison throws it to Gregory who collects it and whips the bails to dismiss Archer who has no chance of getting back in the crease. Another twist in the tale!!!
96b L Gregory to J Archer
1 Over the wicket, good length delivery around off, 75 mph, Archer stays leg side of the ball and cuts it to the sweeper in the off side for a single. 4 required from 4.
Just five more runs to win from the final set now for Southern Brave. This game is still on. It's turning out to be a humdinger.

1 Full from Cook on off, Archer pushes it down the ground to long on for a single.
