Time to conclude our coverage from the final game of the 3-match ODI series between England Women and New Zealand Women. For now, this is Saptak Sanyal, signing out on the behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash and our scorer/analyst Zeeshan Naiyer. Hope you have enjoyed our coverage. Good night.
Heather Knight receives the trophy 🏆 and joins her teammates for the photographs.
Heather Knight(England Women Captain): " Really happy with the way how we performed under pressure today. Nat Sciver-Brunt was brilliant after losing 3 wickets. Our players responded brilliantly.

You have to go and try to finish the game and it was not easy to score in this wicket. I am happy for my bowlers. It is lovely to get these bowlers as a captain. Lauren was pretty nervous in the morning but she did well today. She tried to take wickets and she broke the partnerships. It's a very good place to be as a team with so many players performing.

I think we started the year with a bit of different surface in New Zealand but then we used the smartness to dominate in the conditions to put the pressure back. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead of the T-20 series and the world cup."
Sophie Devine (New Zealand Captain): "We were resilient today after last two games and that's a takeaway. I think we got a few runs less than the par score against a quality English bowling attack.

I think we spoke pretty open about it that we will back the younger players. Georgia Plimmer was outstanding, she got run out twice but that's okay. Players have played a few domestic seasons and have come here.

T-20 cricket is a freckle format and it brings players closer. I think it will be a new challenge for us. We should execute our plans. Full credit to the English side for their victory in this series."
Maia Bouchier (Player of the Series): "I think one of the biggest strengths of my game is my timing, and I try not to force it on a wicket like that. When they're bowling really well, it's something we aim to do as a team. Going into this last game, we just wanted to maintain that consistency and timing, and we did well at the end to build those partnerships and win the game.

I love batting with Tammy. She's so experienced, good in different situations, and really fun to bat with. We have great communication in the middle. Our running between the wickets is excellent, too. If we keep batting well together, I think it's going to be a really exciting partnership for us. I dreamt of scoring a hundred for a long time. To achieve it in the 2nd ODI, I couldn't be happier."
PLAYER OF THE SERIES: Maia Bouchier
Lauren Bell(Player of the Match): "It feels good to perform. I think the conditions were a little bit challenging but I think it is one of the best spells I've ever bowled. I bowled a good spell, broke the partnerships and that's a good thing.

Sophie got rest today but we came strong together. Charlie bowled pretty well today and that's the reason of our victory.

01:10 IST and 20:40 IST | England Women have completed a 3-0 whitewash in the one day series. They have outplayed their opposition, the White Ferns in every department and are the deserving ones to come out with flying colours.

After being asked to bat first losing the toss, New Zealand Women lost Georgia Plimmer for 7 due to a terrific direct throw by Charlie Dean. But after her dismissal, the other opener Suzie Bates steadied the ship with Amelia Kerr. Suzie got out for 24 runs from 33 balls with 5 boundaries.

After her dismissal, Kerr got the company of the vastly experienced Sophie Devine. Sophie took on the bowlers and scored 43 runs playing the same number of deliveries with 7 fours. The White Ferns lost Maddy Green after that and from that stage, the battle was fought by Kerr and Brooke Halliday. The duo registered a 65 runs partnership and scored some runs on the board. Amelia Kerr played 82 balls to score 57 runs with 5 boundaries. She got out and soon after, Halliday got out. In the lower order, nobody could contribute for the visitors as they posted only 211 runs after playing the entire 42 overs.

Lauren Bell was the star of the show picking up 5 wickets for 37 runs which is her career best in WODI format. Other than her, only Kate Cross took two wickets.

Coming to chase the run, England lost Tammy Beaumont in the very first over. Had she taken the review, he would have been in crease. Skipper Heather Knight failed too in this game as she scored only 9 runs. Maia Bouchier played a good knock of 19 runs.

When England were in quagmire, Natalie Sciver-Brunt and Sophia Dunkley played steadily. Dunkley got out for15 from 24 balls but after that, England started carnage riding on the brilliance of Nat Sciver-Brunt and Amy Jones. Amy Jones reached her 14th WODI half-century and got out on exactly 50 playing 50 balls. She decorated her stay with 7 boundaries and her partnership with Natalie yielded 90 runs.

After Jones' dismissal, well set Nat Sciver-Brunt and Alice Capsey kept their nerve cool and went after the target. They concentrated on taking more singles and doubles. They together registered a half-century partnership to help their team to complete the whitewash. Alice Capsey remained unbeaten on 35 off 30 balls with 3 boundaries but the star of the run chase was Natalie Sciver-Brunt! She used all her experience and played an unbeaten 76 run knock to help her team to come out victorious with 5 wickets in hand.

For New Zealand Women, Hannah Rowe took 2 wickets for 38 runs. Molly Penfold, Amelia Kerr and Brooke Halliday took one wicket each.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentations.
