Band-e-Amir Dragons won the toss and opt to bowl first. Speen Ghar Tigers started innings with Usman Ghani and Bahar Shinwari. They got a great start and built up a partnership of 47 runs for 1st wicket. Ghani departed at 31 runs off 21 balls with the help of 5 fours and a six.
Speen Ghar Tigers scored 47 runs and lost 1 wicket in powerplay overs. Zadran joined with Shinwari, they both looked beautiful in the middle and put up a partnership of 56 runs for 2nd wicket and Shinwari completed his half-century and went off at 57 runs in 38 balls.
Najibullah Zadran added a 105-run stand with Shawkat Zaman for the third wicket, but Zaman added only 20 runs in that partnership. Najibullah Zadran’s glorious knock ended at 81 runs off 47 balls.
From the Dragon's bowling side, Irfan Safi was the only bowler who got 2 wickets, Farmanullah Safi and Bakhtullah took a wicket apiece. Karim Janat was economical but went wicketless. 21 extras were given by the Dragons. The Tigers doing great to get to 214 at the end that’s the highest total in SCL 2022.
In reply, Band-e-Amir Dragons started innings with Naveed Obaid and Karim Janat, but they had a bad start with the bat and they lost the first wicket of Janat at 15 runs in the 4th over. Janat once again fail to put runs on board and departed at 4. Obaid also went off at 10 in this 5th over of the inning.
Band-e-Amir Dragons managed to
score 40 runs losing 2 wickets in the powerplay. Afterward, Farmanullah Safi looked comfortable in the middle
and put up 24 runs on board in 12 balls with the help of four and 2 sixes. Pacha failed in this game and departed at 6. Musazai tried to put some runs on
board but on the other end no one helped him and he went off at 32 in 31 balls they ended their innings at 117 runs loss of 9 wickets and the last man was injured.
From the Tiger's bowling side, Abdulrahimzai was the pick of the bowler, went for 10 runs in his 3 overs
for 3 wickets while Ashraf also bowled well and bowled 4 overs 3 wickets for
25. Leg Spinner Naveed looked great with the ball and gave 19 runs in 3.3 overs
and picked 3 wickets. 8 extras were given by the Tigers as they were good
overall.
