That's a wrap then on Match 25 of National T20 Cup. Another game featuring Balochistan and Northern is coming up in an hour's time. Switch tabs to follow that action. It's 4th vs 5th there. KP at the top, Sindh at Number 3. We bring a curtains down on this first match on Super Saturday. I am Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my esteemed co-commentators Rohit Yadav and Rishabh Gandhi. We will catch up with you soon. Goodbye, goodnight and stay safe. Iftikhar Ahmed (Kyber Pakhtunkhwa Captain and Man of the Match:- "The mindset was simple. Wanted to keep them to 150 and we succeeded. We have experienced spinners in Asif Afridi he suggested fielding placements. So I am happy. We have got to play according to the conditions provided to us and we did that perfectly. Definitely there are areas to improve upon. But I feel we are heading in the right direction at this stage. We are happy to be at the top but there are areas to improve upon."
Sindh Captain Anwar Ali(Losing Captain):- "When we were batting initially, the ball was stopping on the batsmen. We did well to get to 152. But dropped catches cost you. We dropped Iftikhar and that was the game. The spinners should have bowled better but I think it's the catches that cost us. Positive is Shan is back in form. Hope to bounce back soon. Positives will take into next game."
Two new captains standing in today and it is Iftikhar Ahmed getting the better of Anwar Ali in the end. We will hear from them now.
That's that game over. That's an impressive run-chase by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Chasing the target of 153 with 2 overs to spare with some style and gutso. Iftikhar Ahmed finishing things off in style. 2 sixes off 2 deliveries of Sohail Khan thereby getting to his half century to win it with 2 overs to spare. Farhan was good as usual in his unbeaten 48. A victory by 7 wickets with 2 overs to spare sends KP to the top of the table on the basis of NRR. Sindh who were at the top have now slipped to 3rd place. Sindh had KP in a spot of bother at 64-3 in the 8th over chasing 153 but these two have taken the game away in glorious fashion. Earlier on in the day, Sindh struggled in the absence of Sarfraz on a pitch that was sticking. 152 was 15-20 below par here. So, KP win by 7 wickets.
